Poetry For Peace

If violent men entice you
Do not give in
No matter how sweet their war drums sounds
Do not dance
Lest you become a victim of their prison
Prison of death

Where you told that peace is a foe
Do not listen
Weapons are needless aliens
Your hands are too sacred for them

If you must fight
It shouldn’t be for tribe, race
Borders or religion
But for peace
For peace don’t fight
Peace’s sword is word
Pen and pad
And she wants her enemies’ blood to
Live within them

Are you strong
Show it through your white flag
Are you brave
 Show it as you forgive
Are you wise
Let’s see your patience
If your love is only but for those who love you
Vain it is

Vain is your glory
If you’ve enemy
Within humanity

Rage should be in dens
Not Earth
Anger in jungles
Not here
And our world’s greater than dens and lions
Bigger than mortal weapons
